Household Manager – In-home Support Services (Needs to be filled immediately)

Job Description:
The household managers would be responsible for taking care of the household and catering to the family members; if there are other employees in the house, they generally would supervise their work. For this position, the manager would provide professional domestic services such as housekeepers included but not limited to running personal errands, grocery shopping, purchasing gifts, driving kids to activities, child care - before and after school, helping with home work, preparing breakfast and lunch for 2 kids (9year old twin), manage the household calendar and greet and tend to houseguests; ensure the smooth running and operation of the home. The best individual for the job must be able to exercise discretion and confidentiality in all their domestic duties. In this position, the manager would be employed by the family. Job Requirements:
Requires some college education and have certification of CPR/First Aid training. at least 1 year of experience in household managing with a pleasant and professional demeanor, strong work ethic and excellent organizational skills. Familiarity with luxury lifestyle including travel, wine, fashion, formal entertaining, fine dining, menu planning and etiquette are important. The qualifications required to carry out the responsibilities of this job include an eye for detail, knowledge of protocol, vendor and project management experience, expertise in caring for fine arts, antiques, silver, china and luxury cars, and demonstrated experience in the delivery of thoughtful, discreet and unobtrusive service. Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected to perform a variety of tasks.

Salary Range:$40,800

Personal Concierge– In-home Support Services

Job Description:
The concierge service provider would be responsible for taking over the household/client's personal tasks. The concierge usually serves as the personal assistant to the client included but not limited to running personal errands, grocery shopping, purchasing gifts, making travel arrangments, errands, housekeeping, filing paper work, paying bills, driving kids to activities, some help with home work, preparing meals for 2 kids (teenagers), manage the household calendar; ensure the smooth running and operation of the home. The best individual for the job must be able to exercise discretion and confidentiality in all their duties. In this position, the concierge would be adn independent contractor managed by DeMaric Concierge Services. Training provided by the managing company.

Job Requirements:
Requires some college education. At least 1 year of experience in personal lifestyle management with a pleasant and professional demeanor, strong work ethic and excellent organizational skills. Familiarity with luxury lifestyle including travel, shopping, wine, fine dining, menu planning and etiquette are important. The qualifications required to carry out the responsibilities of this job include an eye for detail, knowledge of protocol and project management experience a plus; knowledgeable in locating fine arts, antiques, charter flights, luxury cars, and demonstrated experience in the delivery of thoughtful, discreet and unobtrusive service. Relies on wide degree of creativity and latitude to perform a variety of tasks.

Salary Range: $20/hr
